Ceramic glass is a material that lies between glass and crystals. It is a polycrystalline solid state material containing glass bodies, obtained by controlled nucleation and crystallization of certain specific compositions of basic glass at a certain temperature. Ceramic glass combines the characteristics of glass and ceramics. As a glass, it has optical properties and is transparent and easy to process; As a ceramic, it has excellent thermal properties: low coefficient of thermal expansion, electrical properties: low dielectric constant.
At present, the globally mature glass-ceramics manufacturers are Schott from the United States, Ohara from Japan (a by-product of the TMT project), CO-115M from Russia, and Sinoma synthetic Crystal Institute in China.
Our strategic partners can provide microcrystalline materials with a maximum diameter of 1.5 meters in China. Please feel free to contact us.
